Home Mortgage Sales and Processing Performance
Our client contacted us in late 2020 seeking performance management improvement in processing as well as to build a strategy for organic growth. We listened carefully to understand the challenges. In 90 days we defined a Strategy, Key Performance Objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and designed a marketing communication and training program.
Our client happily shared that they received the "Mortgage Annual Award as Broker Loan Officer of the year." Our client graciously shared with us that it was J Alan Consulting's help, support and advice that contributed to their achieving this prestigious award. We were humbled.
We created a Automotive Enthusiast Web Site for a Ford Motor Company aficionado in 2021. We listened carefully to understand the "end of mind." We designed, coded and launched the site within 90 days.
We enjoyed the experience. We learned a thing or two about Ford, Lincoln and Mercury automobile clubs, Ford museums the community that loves their Ford Motor cars and vehicles. You may enjoy visiting the web site.
